Note:PDF files are readable within Chrome and Firefox browsers without the NSCC licensed application. If you need access to a PDF immediately simply right click the PDF file, select “Open With” and choose the browser
If a “Sign In” screen appears when attempting to open an Adobe application you must authenticate the NSCC license by doing the following:
1. Under “Email Address,” type your full NSCC email address then click the “Continue” button.
Email address should be in the NSCC employee format. Example: John Doe would be john.doe@nscc.edu.
2. When prompted, click “Company or School Account…”
At this point if you are logged onto your office computer your credentials will be automatically added to the Adobe products installed on your computer and your files will open without further licensing login prompts.
Additional Login Step
You may further receive a prompt to enter a password in a Microsoft Login screen similar to the one that is required for accessing employee (Office 365) email. Enter your myNSCC password.
Off Campus Laptops
As a best practice, when periodically visiting campus, bring the laptop with you and connect to the NSCCWIRELSS network. The computer will receive Adobe application as well as other important licensing and security updates.
