If you no longer have access to your phone or your MFA is no longer working then you will need to speak with a Service Desk Technician to get your MFA reset.

To do so please contact us by phone at 615-353-3678 or schedule a time to talk to a technician by emailing ServiceDesk@nscc.edu.

If your password is not working try resetting your password and logging in again.

To reset your password use the password reset link below. Please note that due to our security requirements your password must be between 16 and 20 characters long and it must include at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number or symbol.
