Saving OneDrive Files - Web Version

To save your OneDrive Files on a local computer or device first log in to OneDrive using the link below.

Once you are logged in select the option “My Files” on the left side of the screen.

On the “My Files” page your files and folders should be listed on the right hand side of the page. From here you may select the files you would like to save. If you would like to save all files select the check mark for “Toggle selection for all items”

Selected files will have a blue check mark next to them.

Important Note: The check mark for files is hidden until you move your mouse over the file.

Click on the download link to download the selected files to your local device.
A window will appears asking you where you would like to save the downloaded files. Select a place on your device where you know where they are and they are easily accessible.

Note: The files you save will be saved as a .zip file. If you need assistance extracting files from a .zip file follow the instructions on this page.
