Configuring Voicemail
To configure your voicemail in Teams click on the three dots on the top right of the Teams app next to your initials.
Select the Settings option.
Under settings select the option for Calls and then select “Configure Voicemail”.
On this page you will be able to select the option to either “Record a greeting” or set up a “Text-to-speech customized greeting”
To decide the call answer rules you can select in the drop down how calls are handled when they go to voicemail.
Options include: Let the caller record a message, Let the caller record a message or be transferred to another person and directly transfer the call.
Accessing Voicemail
To access your voicemail simply click on the “Calls” button in the Team app and at the top of the the page next to history you an select the Voicemail button.
This will give you a full list of the voicemails on your Teams account.
