How Can We Help?
Making Calls
To make a call in Teams click on the Call icon in the left side of the Teams App.
From here you can type in the phone number or name of a team member and place a call using the Call button.
Receiving Calls
When you receive a call in teams a box will appear on your screen showing who the caller is and giving you options to answer the call through the phone or video options or reject the phone call.
