Web Access is Disabled

Error: Web Access has been disabled

Symptoms:

You are logged out of myNSCC every time you click “My Self Service”.

You receive a pop up that alerts you that your web access has been disabled.

You receive a notice on the webpage that alerts you that your web access has been disabled.

Resolution:

Contact the Service Desk via email at ServiceDesk@nscc.edu OR call 629-216-3300.  You will need to provide your “A” number and let the technician know that your web access has been disabled.
