Microsoft License Issue

How Can We Help?

Microsoft License Issue

If you were signed into Microsoft products back in October on a device and did not sign out before the email merge your old student data was saved and cached on that device.

This March the Microsoft licenses expired for the old accounts giving an error that you would need to purchase Microsoft products.

Instead of purchasing those products you can remove the old data using the Microsoft SaRA tools and sign in using your new student email which has a license that will be active as long as you are a student and for one year after you take your last class.

Below are the instructions for running this tool to allow you to sign in correctly.
